教师简介（中英文）：

Jaich教授出生于1965年，1996年毕业于达姆施达特工业大学。1996年至2010年在欧宝汽车集团工作，分别在德国与底特律进行生产工程研发和产品工程研发，并担任国际车辆结构部主任一职。2010年被莱茵美因应用科技大学聘请成为生产与机械工程专业教授，Jaich教授至今在校的职位包括机械工程教学主任和系主任，如今是大学校委会成员。出版书籍包括机械制造教科书。

Professor Jaich was born in 1965 and graduated from the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1996. From 1996 to 2010, he worked in the Opel Automotive Group, where he worked on production engineering R&D and product engineering development in Germany and Detroit, and served as the director of the International Vehicle Structure Department. In 2010, he was hired as a professor of production and mechanical engineering by the Rheinmeiin University of Applied Sciences. Professor Jaich's current position includes mechanical engineering teaching director and department head, and is now a member of the university committee. Published books include mechanical manufacturing textbooks.

生产工程技术课程着重点在于精益生产的原则及其对生产流程的影响和对从设计到生产整体研发流程的理解。基于这些知识去研发减少研发时间的适当战略。本课程的第二个主题是通过最常见的生成制造流程和自动化技术来理解生成制造流程的设计与构造。

学习目标：

学生将理解生产技术与自动化技术，并具备为典型产品研发生产流程的能力。学生学习生产线上自动化的不同等级。

Lecture including active exercises (seminar-like lesson)

The lecture Production Engineering focus on the principals of Lean Production and its impact on production processes and the understanding of an integrated development process from design to manufacturing. Based on this knowledge appropriate strategies for reducing development time will be developed. The second main topic of the course is to understand the design and construction principle of generative manufacturing processes based on the most common generative manufacturing processes and the fundamentals of automation technology.

Learning objectives

The students will understand production and automation techniques and be qualified to develop a production process according to typical products. They learn the different stages of automation in a production line
