教师简介（中英文）：

Roman-Müller教授出生于1965年，1992年在达姆施达特工业大学建筑系毕业，之后在莱比锡Universum学院进修成为房地产项目管理方向。之后在D&S项目咨询公司分别担任项目经理、项目主任与公司分部总经理，期间进行过不来梅宇宙公园、欧洲中央银行新总部、Leuna工厂等多个大型项目的管理。2014年被莱茵美因大学聘请成为项目管理专业教授。Roman-Müller教授是德国项目管理协会（GPM）第一项目管理科研组（1.WVPM）的成员，也是德国项目颁发网络的评审员。在此期间教授除了为企业进行项目管理培训外，也在国立魏玛包豪斯大学开课传授项目管理知识与技能。

Born in 1965, Professor Roman-Müller graduated from the Department of Architecture at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1992 and later became a real estate project manager at the Universum Academy in Leipzig. Later, he worked as a project manager, project director and general manager of the D&S Project Consulting Company. During the period, he managed many large projects such as the Bremen Universe Park, the new headquarters of the European Central Bank, and the Leuna factory. In 2014, he was hired as a project management professor by the Rhein-Main University. Professor Roman-Müller is a member of the German Project Management Association (GPM) First Project Management Research Group (1.WVPM) and a reviewer of the German project delivery network. During this period, in addition to project management training for enterprises, the professor also taught project management knowledge and skills at the National Weimar Bauhaus University.

Course content:

Students will master the knowledge and methods of project management and acquire the practical application of project management.

Students will learn about the foundations of project management and international standards for project management. These include the basic organization of the project (structure, process and product) and the planning and control of the indizes time, cost and quality; how to select important tools for time, cost and quality control for the planning and construction of projects according to their actual needs; master the thinking and execution structure required to manipulate the directionality of the project.
