Goetze教授生于1960年，1987年在慕尼黑工业大学获得博士学位。如今是德国名列前十的多特蒙德工业大学电子与信息技术学院教授，担任信息处理实验室主任并同时成立并管理多家企业。曾任慕尼黑工业大学网络理论与电路设计研究所助理研究员、纽黑文耶鲁大学计算机科学系研究员，并获得慕尼黑工业大学网络理论与电路设计研究所终身研究职位、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学电气工程系（电路与系统集团）的访问职位、休斯敦莱斯大学电气与计算机工程系（DSP Group）研究职位等。Goetze教授除了拥有丰富的理论知识的同时，还是成功的企业家，他是Delta Consulting Gmbh有限责任公司现任首席执行官兼股东； 曾是Companion-M GmbH有限责任公司CEO兼股东； GötzeManetingGmbH有限责任公司首席执行官兼股东。

Professor Goetze was born in 1960 and received his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich in 1987. Today, he is the top ten professor of the School of Electronics and Information Technology at the Dortmund University of Technology in Germany. He is the director of the Information Processing Laboratory and has established and managed several companies. Former researcher at the Institute of Network Theory and Circuit Design at the Technical University of Munich, researcher at the Department of Computer Science at Yale University, New Haven, and a lifelong research position at the Institute of Network Theory and Circuit Design at the Technical University of Munich, Electrical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands Department of Systems (Systems and Systems Group), and research positions at the University of Houston's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (DSP Group). In addition to his extensive theoretical knowledge, Professor Goetze is a successful entrepreneur. He is the current CEO and shareholder of Delta Consulting Gmbh LLC; former CEO and shareholder of Companion-M GmbH, LLC; Chief of GötzeManeting GmbH Executive and shareholder.
