教师简介（中英文）：

Biskup教授于1972年毕业于汉诺威工业大学，1975年获得亚琛工业大学计算机博士学位。之后受到任命，成为多特蒙德工业大学计算机科学专业教授。他长期致力于可计算性理论、复杂性理论、信息系统的架构设计、查询优化和IT安全的研究，特别是在保密工作的访问控制和推理控制方面有卓著的成就。教授同时担任众多国际会议计划委员会的成员，特别包括ICDT，FoIKS，ESORICS和DBSec。

Professor Biskup graduated from Hannover University of Technology in 1972 and received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University in 1975. He was later appointed to become a professor of computer science at the Technical University of Dortmund. He has long been committed to the theory of computability, complexity theory, architecture design of information systems, query optimization and IT security research, especially in the access control and reasoning control of confidential work. The professor is also a member of numerous international conference planning committees, including ICDT, FoIKS, ESORICS and DBSec.

本课程将介绍Springer出版的专刊“计算机系统安全”的选定内容，介绍IT安全的基本问题，并强调控制和监控的安全技术，并解释密码学的关键作用。

The course will present selected parts of the monograph “Security in Computing Systems” published by Springer, introducing into fundamental issues of IT-security and emphasizing the security techniques of control and monitoring, besides explaining the crucial role of cryptography.
