教师简介：Siebdrat Hermann博士是科隆技术大学的经济信息专业教授，主要研究方向为经济信息，金融信息和工程管理，主要讲授《IT Management》《Business Information Systems》《Information and Knowledge Management》等课程。目前担任国际会计、财政与税务领域人工智能应用会议科学委员会成员，而且他是科隆技术大学远程教学与进修研究院副院长，同时担任江苏信息技术学院荣誉教授，在此之前，1996年4月至2001年9月，担任德国铁路股份公司信息系统中心办公信息专家与网络战略专家 同时在1997年9月至1999年3月，担任德国中小企业整顿项目总经理。Siebdrat Hermann博士在1994年毕业于锡根大学获得博士学位，在波恩大学获得经济学硕士学位，至今已出版学术专著4 部。

英文：Dr. Siebdrat Hermann is a professor of economics at the Technical University of Cologne. His research interests include economic information, financial information and engineering management. He teaches IT Management, Business Information Systems, Information and Knowledge Management and so on. He is currently a member of the Scientific Committee on Artificial Intelligence Applications Conference in the International Accounting, Finance and Taxation, and he is the Associate Dean of the Distance Learning and Advanced Research Institute at the Technical University of Cologne. At the same time, he was an honorary professor of Jiangsu Institute of Information Technology. Before that, from April 1996 to September 2001, he worked as an office information expert and network strategy expert at the Information System Center of Deutsche Bahn AG from September 1997 to March 1999. He is the general manager of the German SMEs reorganization project. As a student, he graduated from Siegen University in 1994 with Ph.D. degree and obtain a master degree in economics from the University of Bonn. Moreover, Dr. Hermann has published 4 academic monographs.

课程简介：中文：普适计算是电子信息类专业的基础课程之一，它主要介绍现代信息技术在硬件、软件与流程上的最新发展趋势，以及信息技术在企业中的重要应用和企业所面临的信息技术挑战。通过本课程的学习，学生可以拓宽视野并掌握1）普适计算的概念、架构与实践；2）开源软件、虚拟化、商业智能、大数据等战略性信息技术；3）企业中信息系统设计与建立；4）信息技术在未来商业发展中所带来的优势以及在不同行业的应用案例分析。

英文：Pervasive computing is one of the basic courses of the electronic information major. It mainly introduces the latest development trends of modern information technology in hardware, software and processes, as well as the important application of information technology in enterprises and the information technology challenges facing enterprises. Through the study of this course, students can broaden their horizons and master 1) the concept, architecture and practice of pervasive computing; 2) open source software, virtualization, business intelligence, big data and other strategic information technologies; 3) information system design in enterprises and establishment; 4) advantages of information technology in future business development and application case analysis in different industries.
