教师简介：安多尼·伊瓦拉教授是西班牙巴斯克大学Miguel Sánchez-Mazas讲席教授，在科学技术哲学和科学技术的伦理学研究领域享有较高的学术地位，是著名期刊《Theoria》的执行主编，在近三十年的研究和执教生涯中，出版多部著作，发表近130篇论文。安东尼·伊瓦拉教授和国内高校一直保持良好的关系，多次到著名高校，如中国人民大学哲学系，访问交流，为中国教师和学生教授科学技术的伦理研究课程。学院相信安多尼·伊瓦拉教授此次为西电师生开设《科学技术中的伦理问题研究》必将提升我校相关领域教师的业务水平，拉近与国外同行的距离，同时也将为学生带来优质的前沿哲学课程，提高学生哲学思维水平Andoni Ibarra. Doctor in Philosophy (University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU), 1994. He is a Professor of Philosophy of Science at the UPV/EHU, and Director of the Miguel Sánchez-Mazas Chair, devoted to the Studies of Science, Technology and Innovation at the same university. He has been the Director of the International Graduate Programme in Philosophy, Science and Values (1999-2019).

Principal Investigator of the PRAXIS research group, he has directed over 15 research projects and supervised over 25 PhD dissertations. Editor-in-chief of Theoria. An International Journal for Theory, History and Foundations of Science. Member of various societies and institutes, among these, VIRI (Virtual Institute for Responsible Innovation, Arizona State University), has also been a member of a number of Advisory or Direction Boards (including the Advisory Board of the Institute for Science and Technology Studies at the National University of Quilmes, Argentina).

课程简介：本课程主要研究当今科学和技术领域中的伦理问题，讨论科学家、技术专家和工程师在实际研究中的伦理行为。

科学与技术具有无限的能力，能够创造新颖的非自然环境，然而只有科学家和技术人员掌握拥有这一能力，由此产生一系列问题。此次课程将通过对具体科学发展案例的研究，并结合具体的伦理学和社会学议题，对这些问题作出深入回答。

On the one hand, science and technology of our century are progressivily understood as areas of human action endowed with unlimited powers, able to create new unnatural spaces. On the other hand, the scope of the produced knowledge and the technical skills required are only available to a reduced number of people. The objective of the course is to promote critical reflection on those questions, applying them to specific scientific and technological developments.
