张新民，男，高级工程师，广州旭丰工业互联网有限公司技术总监，西安旭丰科技发展有限责任公司总经理兼董事长。主要从事工业云计算、物联网应用工程、融合通信、大数据、嵌入式应用等方面的研究工作。参与并主持多项国家5年计划项目和863重大专项工程。

Zhang Xinmin, male, senior engineer, Technical Director of Guangzhou Xufeng Industrial Internet Co., LTD., General Manager and chairman of Xi 'an Xufeng Technology Development Co., LTD. He is mainly engaged in the research of industrial cloud computing, Internet of Things application engineering, fusion communication, big data, embedded applications, etc. He has participated in and presided over a number of national five-year plan projects and 863 major special projects.
