Hermann Siebdrat教授在德国锡根大学获得博士学位，并陆续任职与德国最大企业之三 - 德意志银行、德国储蓄银行集团和德国铁路，担任企业首席信息官（CIO）等职务期间，主要负责企业IT系统与IT战略的策划、实施与管理。之后，他带着实践中所获得的丰富经验回到了大学，成为IT管理专业教授。如今Siebdrat教授担任科隆技术大学IT管理教授、IDF远程教学与进修研究院副院长、国际会计、财政与税务领域人工智能应用会议科学委员会成员和江苏信息技术学院荣誉教授。他的科研重点在于普适计算、IT管理、IT商业优化和电子商务与移动商务的组织管理。

After receiving his PhD Degree at the University of Siegen, Germany, Professor Dr. Hermann Siebdrat worked for three of Germany’s biggest companies – Deutsche Bank AG, German Savings Bank Org and Deutsche Bahn AG. He was in charge of developing、implementing and managing the company’s Business IT-System and IT-Strategy in position such as CIO. Afterwards, he went back to University with his rich practice experiences and become a Professor for IT Management. Today, Professor Siebdrat is Professor of Information Management at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, Deputy Director of IDF – Institute of Distance Learning and Further Education and Member of the Scientific Committee of the International Meeting on Artificial Intelligence in Accounting, Finance and Tax and Honorary Professor at Jiangsu College of Information Technology, Wuxi / P.R. China. His researches focus on the field of Pervasive Computing, IT-Management, IT-based Business Optimization and organization of E-Commerce and Mobile Business.

课程内容包含企业管理与商业领域的IT管理理论与应用。

学生理解普适计算概念、掌握信息技术在企业与中的实际应用、获得信息技术的战略性思维、对信息技术未来发展有进一步的认知。

尤其对于企业领导职位与未来企业家将是非常重要的知识能力。知识点包括：

- 当下IT硬件、IT软件与IT流程的发展（比如普适计算）

- 企业IT战略挑战（比如开源软件、云计算、虚拟化、商业智能、大数据等）

- IT战略流程的策划与实施

- IT在未来商业发展中的角色（比如突破性创新、数字化，不同行业的案例分析）

The content of this lecturer includes theory and application of IT Management in the field of Business Administration. Students will receive knowledge of ongoing IT development such as Pervasive Computing and strategic IT thinking with skills of their implementation. This is a factor with especially importance for people in leading position of the company and ongoing entrepreneurs.

- Recent development in IT hardware, software and processes (e.g. Pervasive Computing)

- Strategic IT Issues of companies (e.g. Open Source Software, Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Business Intelligence, Big Data)

- Planning and implementing the IT strategy process

- The future role of IT in business devolopment (e.g. disruption, digitization, case studies from different industries)
