教师简介（中英文）：

Wellejus教授1991年起就读与哈根大学，1994年硕士毕业，同样在哈根大学2000年获得经济博士学位。之后分别在普华永道、德国复兴银行与Shiloh顾问公司担任国际金融与金融模型专家与顾问。2008年被法兰克福应用科技大学聘请成为财经与决策系统专业教授，科研重点在投资融资、信息经济、决策系统与基础设施融资。除了大学的授课外，Wellejus教授还担任法兰克福应用科技大学创新中心（IFE）主任并继续他在咨询公司的顾问工作。因此Wellejus教授的科研与教学接理论与实践为一体，熟悉金融市场上的最新发展，可以传授最新的专业知识。

Professor Wellejus studied with Hagen University since 1991 and graduated with a master's degree in 1994. He also received his Ph.D. in economics from Hagen University in 2000. He then worked as an expert and consultant on international financial and financial models at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Renaissance Bank and Shiloh Consultants. In 2008, he was hired by the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt to become a professor of finance and decision-making systems. His research focuses on investment finance, information economy, decision-making systems and infrastructure financing. In addition to the university's lectures, Professor Wellejus also served as Director of the Innovation Center (IFE) at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt and continued his consulting work at the consulting firm. Therefore, Professor Wellejus's research and teaching combines theory and practice, and is familiar with the latest developments in the financial market, and can impart the latest professional knowledge.

The course introduces participants to international financial markets under the US-American model: relationship between risk and return, procession of information in financial markets, choices of corporate finance; basic mechanisms of financial engineering with options.
