教师简介：Professor Jisheng Han received Balcholar degree in Physics in 1984 and Master degree in Physics in 1986 from Shandong University, and he received his Ph.D. degree from University of South Austrilia in 2002 in applied science. He has rich experiences on R&D of wide band gap microelectronics varying from companices to university. He is currently Assoc Prof and Snr Tech Ops Specialist in QLD Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre at Griffith Uniceristy. His current research interests are: Wide band gap microelectronics; SiC-based microelectronics and its high temperature performance; GaN-based HEMT devices and MOS devices.   韩吉胜教授在1984年和1986年分别获山东大学物理学学士学位和物理学硕士学位，2002年获南澳大利亚大学应用科学博士学位。韩教授有企业和高校的工作经历，在宽带间隙半导体器件的研发方面具有丰富的经验。韩教授目前是格里菲斯大学的QLD微纳米技术研究中心的教授和资深专家。韩教授的研究方向是:宽频带隙半导体器件; SiC基微电子器件及其高温性能；GaN HEMT器件和MOS器件。

课程简介：This course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge of caculus. The students will learn the basic the concepts, principles, and applications of caculus especially in the engineering related systems.

The knowledge the students will learn in the course will enable them to gain a strong understanding of the importance of the caculus and its wide applications.本课程旨在为学生提供有关微积分的基本知识。学生将学习与工程应用相关的微积分的基本概念、原理和应用。本课程的学习有助于学生深刻理解微积分的重要性及其广泛应用。
