课程简介：本课程的主要目标：1.使未来从事微电子电路和系统设计人员熟悉集成电路仿真工具的设计原理，模型，仿真方法，模型的特点和方法的实现过程。2. 通过深入研究概念和原理，以及实际应用问题，有效的构建更好的仿真器来更有效地使用仿真器。

The main objectives of the course are: 1.To familiarize the future designers of microelectronic circuits and systems with IC simulation tool design principles, models, simulation methods, peculiarities of model and method program realization；2.To help use simulators more effectively by providing in-depth look at concepts and principles, practical implementation issues, constructing a better simulator
